We are looking for a “Senior E-commerce Manager” who is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end operations of an organization's e-commerce platform. The role involves developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies to achieve business objectives, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive Demand and Supply and achieve business objectives
- Lead and optimize the execution of online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.

- Manage the email marketing strategy, including the planning, creation, and execution of campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
- Bring forth demand and supply generation experience to contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to implement new features and enhance the functionality of the e-commerce platform
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to recommend innovative approaches and strategies
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on senior roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful e-commerce strategies
- Extensive experience in email marketing, including campaign creation, segmentation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
