  3. Staff Supervision and Development:

    • Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
    • Encourage continuous professional development among staff.
  4. Student Affairs:

    • Support student activities, counseling services, and extracurricular programs.
    • Address student issues and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
    • Promote student welfare and academic success.
  5. Community and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the wider community.
    • Represent the college in local, regional, and national educational forums.
    • Engage with external stakeholders to enhance the college’s reputation and resources.
  6. Strategic Planning and Development:

    • Assist in the formulation and execution of the college’s strategic plan.

    • Support the Principal in implementing innovative practices and policies.
  7. Budget Management:

    • Assist in preparing and managing the college’s budget.
    • Ensure efficient allocation and use of financial resources.

    • Ensure that the college adheres to health and safety regulations.
    • Promote a safe and inclusive environment for students and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or educational administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and modern pedagogical practices.
