Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
Train and educate employees on safe practices and emergency procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
Maintain safety records and documentation for reporting and compliance.
Monitor safety equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
Promote a culture of safety and well-being across all departments.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and provide guidance on usage.
Assist in emergency preparedness and crisis management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of local and international health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus.
