This is a 3-month internship opportunity designed for those looking to kickstart their career in HR. The internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. After the successful completion of the internship, the candidate may be offered a full-time position with RSF Soft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Help with employee onboarding and training processes.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in updating HR databases.
  • Support HR initiatives, such as performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
  • Help create and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to HR and company management.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Internship Structure:

  • First Month (Unpaid): Focus on learning and gaining practical exposure to HR functions, understanding RSF Soft’s work culture, and contributing to HR operations under guidance.
  • Second & Third Month (Paid): A monthly stipend of 5,000 PKR will be provided. During this phase, you will take on more responsibilities, such as conducting interviews, helping with recruitment drives, and supporting HR projects.

Working Hours:

  • Timings: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A keen interest in Human Resources and people management.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
