We are offering a paid internship opportunity for fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, recruitment processes, and employee engagement activities. Exceptional performers may be offered a permanent position after successful completion of the internship.
Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and organize employee records and databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help in planning employee engagement activities
Maintain attendance records and assist in basic HR reporting
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR practices is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good organizational and time management skills
Eager to learn and contribute in a professional environment
