RT Web Solutions hiring a Digital / Paid Advertising Specialist who has managed paid advertising campaigns on numerous platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook ads, and some others. Our ideal candidate can do proactive market research and create/optimize brand management. We are seeking a talented team player with a passion for digital marketing to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns
- Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
- Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
- Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns
- Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI
- Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices
- Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
- Collaborate with a team of marketers, Google Ads specialists, and engineers
Preferred:
- 1-2 years experience in Google Ads
- Minimum qualification is Graduation
- A genuine interest in digital marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform and features
- Ability to develop creative and effective ad copy
- A commitment to keeping your technical skills and knowledge up to date
- An inquisitive mind which drives you to understand Google's algorithms and predict what changes might be coming
