What You’ll Do:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of positions, including program leaders and HQ staff
Create job descriptions and develop sourcing strategies
Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline with a focus on inclusion and impact
Represent Rustic Pathways at job fairs or partner events when needed
Who Are You:
2+ years in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
Strong communicator with excellent people skills
Experience sourcing diverse candidates for mission-aligned roles
Comfortable with ATS systems and digital hiring tools
