- Lead and manage the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows.
- Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments, including design, quality control, and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.
