We are seeking a talented Walmart Pricing and Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Jhelum.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our products are competitively priced while delivering exceptional customer service to maintain our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pricing analysis to ensure competitive positioning on Walmart.
- Implement and monitor pricing strategies to maximize profitability and sales.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer disputes while ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Monitor product listings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Walmart’s policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Keep track of customer feedback and provide insights for product or service improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in Walmart Marketplace or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and customer service principles
- .Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and its tools is a plus
- .Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
