General Requirements:
Candidate must have sound knowledge of Sports Garments, Team Sports Apparel, Custom Sublimation Apparel, its used fabrics and its features to Convince Foreign buyers to generate business leads/orders.
- The candidate must be flexible to work late hours.
- To maintain a professional relationship between the buyer and the firm.
- To monitor the sampling process according to the buyer's requirements.
- To prepare an accessories order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities.
- To follow up shipment process according to the buyer's instructions.
- To maintain merchandising records and update action plans.
- Sampling.
- Target setting and achieve plans.
- Preparing purchase orders.
- Getting approvals on lab dips.
- Preparing internal order sheets.
- Fabric/Garment Consumption.
- Customer Handling.
- Material Requirement Planning.
- Embellishment Planning & Monitoring.
- Monitoring imported and local fabrics and accessories.
- Internal & external communication.
- Coordinate and integrate all production departments for the successful implementation of plans.
- Advising and assisting production and quality department.
- Making the garment, finishing the garment, preparing documentation, and finally shipping.
- Taking responsibility for Inspections.
- Giving shipping instructions and following shipment.
