The Accounts Manager will oversee complete accounting and financial functions, including manual bookkeeping, SAP ERP operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role requires strong attention to detail, leadership, and experience in both traditional and modern accounting systems.

Additional Responsibilities:

Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure process compliance.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government bodies.
Support internal budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Maintain high standards of financial data integrity and confidentiality.

Working Conditions:

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Extended working hours are mandatory, especially during month-end, audits, or financial closings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including SAP ERP and manual bookkeeping.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP-based reporting.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in manufacturing, export, or industrial groups.
Strong analytical, supervisory, and reporting skills.
Familiarity with taxation, internal controls, and cost structures.
