We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented to join our team for a small . This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong blend of administrative and marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Manage documentation efficiently, including but not limited to contracts, invoices, and client records.
- Oversee the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Manage and oversee company’s profile, contracts and communications on online work platforms like Upwork, Fiver etc.
- Utilize online advertising tools to effectively promote the business and its services.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the finance or professional services sector (Ideal but not essential)
- Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and online advertising platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- German language skills are not essential but highly regarded
Work Information: 40 Hours a week, Fully Remote, Flexible timings.
Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
