Sales Agent

We are looking for a committed full-time Sales Associate to join our retail team specializing in home appliances. The successful candidate will be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, living with family, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, offering expert advice on products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The position includes a competitive salary package with a basic salary plus commission based on profit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, fostering a friendly and inviting environment.
- Provide detailed and expert information about home appliances to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrate the proper use and maintenance of various home appliances to customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns regarding products and services.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and team members to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad and living with family, as per company policy (outsiders and bachelors are not eligible).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to offer knowledgeable advice on home appliances and related products.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Availability to attend walk-in interviews from Monday to Saturday between 12:30 pm and 6:00 pm.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 75,000, to be finalized after the interview.
- Commission of 10% on profit in addition to the basic salary.
- The position requires in-person attendance at Ittefaq Mega Mall, Murree Road, conveniently located near Allied Bank, HBL Bank, and Islamic Shehad Center, between Chandani Chowk and Waris Khan Metro Bus Station.
