Sales and Client Relations Executive

Print Monkey is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Client Relations Executive to join our team at the North Nazimabad, Karachi office. This full-time role operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and offers a competitive salary range of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000, along with company benefits. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for client management. They will be responsible for coordinating effectively between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client servicing, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of projects and seamless operational flow.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- After successful training and confirmation as a permanent employee, actively participate in sales generation and contribute to overall business growth.
- Handle client payments and maintain timely follow-ups to support efficient operations.
- Assist in developing strategies for new business acquisition and help expand the client base.

Required Qualifications
- University graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, coupled with a collaborative team player attitude.
- Interest or background in sales will be considered an advantage.
