The successful candidate will engage with prospective clients by providing detailed information about various real estate projects and assisting in the facilitation of property transactions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, delivering comprehensive briefings on available real estate projects. Perform comparative market analyses to accurately assess property values and support pricing strategies. Schedule appointments and coordinate site visits for potential buyers to enhance their decision-making process. Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients. Accurately log detailed call records, lead information, and updates within the CRM system to ensure data integrity. Provide clients with valuable insights regarding properties, current market trends, and company services to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while a master’s degree will be considered an advantage. Candidates must have at least six months of experience in the real estate industry. The role requires the ability to work independently, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
