Sales & Marketing Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Bahraini citizen to join our team as a Freelance Sales & Marketing Officer. This on-site, commission-based role offers the flexibility of freelance work while providing an opportunity to earn based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and marketing, with the ability to independently manage tasks and consistently achieve sales targets within the Bahraini market.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services locally. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market feedback. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
Must be a Bahraini citizen. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an on-site role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. A strong understanding of Bahraini market dynamics is required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken, is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This position is commission-based, with potential monthly earnings ranging from BHD 200 to BHD 400, depending on performance and sales achievements. Working days are Saturday to Thursday, with Friday off. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role requires on-site presence in Bahrain.
