Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries to expand the customer base.
- Generate leads for existing and required stock across all product lines, including material handling equipment, batteries, and racking solutions.
- Conduct daily customer visits to discover new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations that emphasize the company’s technical expertise and product solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person or online meetings.
- Draft and present proposals, quotations, and technical documentation aligned with management and client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and agreements to successfully close sales and achieve targets.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to thoroughly understand client needs and preferences.
- Provide product education and guidance to help customers maximize the value of their purchases.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve sales and aftersales processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Willingness to conduct frequent sales visits as part of the role.
- Candidates must have their own conveyance to facilitate travel for client visits.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and equipment is highly preferred.
- This is a full-time position based in Karachi, requiring in-person attendance.
