Security Architect

Salman Enterprise is seeking an experienced Security Architect with over 10 years of expertise in designing and implementing robust security frameworks that ensure the protection of information assets. The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge in network security, risk management, compliance regulations, and a deep understanding of threat analysis and mitigation strategies. This role demands proficiency in various security standards such as ISO 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. As a key member of our security team, you will lead a team of 5 professionals, guiding them in creating and maintaining a secure infrastructure that supports the organization's objectives while proactively managing potential risks associated with technological changes and threats. Your contributions will be pivotal in safeguarding organizational data and maintaining regulatory compliance across our systems and processes.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement security architecture strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
Lead the design and deployment of secure network architectures that are resilient against threats and vulnerabilities.
Conduct regular threat analysis to identify potential risks and devise proactive measures to mitigate those risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate compliance requirements and regulatory standards into security frameworks.
Oversee the management and configuration of firewalls and other network security devices to maintain secured access.
Guide the implementation of cloud security measures, ensuring that cloud environments are protected against data breaches and other threats.
Establish security management frameworks that meet international standards, ensuring continuous protection of sensitive information.
Review and enhance existing security policies and procedures to address emerging cybersecurity challenges.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of five security professionals, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to elevate the awareness and skills of team members in cybersecurity practices.
Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure a unified approach to security across the organization.
Participate in incident response planning, and lead investigations into security breaches to understand root causes and develop recovery strategies.
Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company's security initiatives are current and effective.
