We are hiring a Trademark Specialist to oversee trademark applications, IPO processes, and related legal matters in Pakistan. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and expertise in managing trademark portfolios..
Key Responsibilities:
- File, prosecute, and renew trademarks with the IPO in Pakistan.
- Provide legal advice on trademark and IP matters.
- Manage trademark portfolios and meet deadlines.
- Represent the company before relevant bodies.
- Conduct trademark searches and prepare reports.
- Handle enforcement, including opposition and infringement cases.
Requirements:
Education: LLB (Preferred) or Master's degree holder having a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Trademark/IPO-related work
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in legal research and documentation.
- Effective multitasking and independent case management.
