This position also involves managing a dynamic team of 20 individuals, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring the collective success of team initiatives. In this role, you will take on a proactive approach to networking and building strong relationships in the industry. You will analyze market trends and sales forecasts to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be essential in navigating client needs and positioning Sapphire Properties as a trusted partner. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and sales forecasts to develop informed strategies for maximizing business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20 professionals, promoting teamwork and achieving collective performance goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that adapt to market demands and align with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of team members and promote ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to streamline processes and improve customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and clients, showcasing Sapphire Properties services and value propositions.
  • Utilize effective networking skills to expand professional relationships and gather market intelligence.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
