Detailed quality control procedures have been implemented, for which the company has obtained ISO 9002 certification. It produces ballpoint pens, fiber tip pens, permanent ink markers, gel pens and pencils from three factories located within a radius of approximately 100 km of the Head Office at Lahore. In addition there are two regional offices at Rawalpindi and Karachi, and an overseas office at Jebel Ali, UAE.
