Sayyed Healthcare Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Packing & Assembly Operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the team by supervising and controlling the operations of the Female Assembly Hall. This position demands a steady focus on quality control and effective communication with various departments, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing the assembly and packing processes, guaranteeing that all products meet the highest standards of quality. Your exceptional skills in basic machine operation and expertise in inventory management will be vital in achieving production targets while maintaining meticulous records of all assembly and packing activities.
Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all activities within the Female Assembly Hall to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Oversee daily assembling and packing processes, ensuring that all products, particularly pens, are assembled with high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely availability of necessary components and packing materials for the production plan.
  • Monitor the progress of production targets and ensure that all goals are met or exceeded while adhering to quality specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of production outputs, including rejections and traceability reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in planning efforts to draft both long-term and short-term operational strategies tailored to departmental objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and suggesting enhancements based on statistical data and production metrics.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to generate reports, analyze data, and communicate findings to senior management.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration, facilitating effective communication among team members and other departments.
  • Train and mentor staff members in quality control procedures and machine operation, promoting a culture of excellence within the assembly operations.
