As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences for our Karachi-based clients. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer queries, managing orders, and providing top-notch support via WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, and providing effective solutions.
  • Manage and fulfill orders on Shopify, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Handle customer queries and provide order updates via WhatsApp and other platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Shopify
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
