Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with factory leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Lead cultural transformation and change management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisor to factory management on all employee-related issues. Partner with production planning teams to accurately forecast manpower requirements. Oversee the onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires. Manage grievance redressal and disciplinary procedures in compliance with company policies and labor laws. Implement and maintain performance appraisal systems for both blue-collar and white-collar staff. Monitor workforce productivity and absenteeism, taking proactive measures to resolve any concerns. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through key performance indicators. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, including rewards programs, events, suggestion schemes, and other activities to foster a positive work environment. Promote an inclusive, safe, and supportive workplace culture. Facilitate open communication channels between employees and leadership teams. Manage time office functions, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and HRIS data management. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records and reporting. Drive automation and continuous improvement of HR processes within the factory setting.
Required Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline is essential. Candidates should have 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing or factory environment.
