Senior PHP Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of significant product features from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery. Collaborate closely with product designers and owners to define and implement functionality that meets business needs. Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using technologies such as PHP, Oracle SQL, TypeScript, and React. Engage in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions to enhance product scalability and performance. Review code submitted by peers and junior developers, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime. Drive continuous technical improvements and contribute to evolving engineering practices. Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to assess their potential application within products and internal processes.

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated deep expertise in at least one core technology: PHP, Oracle SQL, TypeScript, or React. Basic proficiency in an additional programming environment, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Proven experience delivering complete, production-ready features independently. Strong understanding of software design principles, including scalability and maintainability. Between 5 to 8 years of professional software development experience, preferably within enterprise, SaaS, or platform-based environments. Ability to mentor junior developers effectively through clear and constructive feedback. Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning with team objectives and articulating technical decisions clearly. Experience working in agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), legacy system modernization, and familiarity with commodities, logistics, or inspection industries is highly advantageous.
