Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with specialized experience in e-commerce and Shopify platforms to join our team on a remote, part-time contract basis. This role suits a creative professional who excels at designing user-focused, conversion-driven interfaces tailored for online retail environments. The successful candidate will work closely with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging digital experiences. This position offers flexible working hours, requiring 10 to 20 hours per week, with competitive hourly compensation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, conversion-optimized user interfaces specifically for e-commerce websites, with a primary focus on Shopify platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma or equivalent software.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, marketing teams, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, analyzing user behavior to inform and refine design decisions.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all digital touchpoints to deliver a cohesive user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, UI/UX design, and Shopify development.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on e-commerce projects.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as a freelancer or consultant, demonstrating the ability to independently manage projects and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Proven expertise in designing and optimizing Shopify storefronts, supported by a portfolio showcasing relevant e-commerce work.
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Strong self-management skills, including the ability to work independently, organize your own schedule, and consistently deliver high-quality results on time.

Additional Information
This is a part-time role offering an hourly rate ranging from Rs4,000.00 to Rs6,000.00. Candidates should be prepared to commit 10 to 20 hours per week. Fluency in English is required.
