SEO Executive

Globe Call Centre is looking for a dedicated and experienced SEO Executive to join its growing digital team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of search engine optimization and a data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to deliver measurable SEO results, especially for international clients. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support the company’s growth by improving online visibility and driving organic traffic through well-planned SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and manage both on-page and off-page SEO strategies aimed at boosting search engine rankings. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits to uncover growth opportunities. Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve performance on search engine results pages (SERPs). Regularly monitor SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Keep up to date with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices to maintain compliance and effectiveness. Work closely with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO recommendations are integrated smoothly. Prepare detailed monthly SEO performance reports and share actionable insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years’ hands-on experience managing SEO campaigns, particularly targeting international markets. Proficiency in SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of technical SEO elements such as schema markup, site audits, and website architecture. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and experience working with content management systems, especially WordPress. Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while efficiently managing multiple projects.

The role is based at the company’s office in Islamabad, with working hours from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
