We are hiring a Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

Draft official documents (e.g., bank requests, meeting minutes, formal letters)
Maintain organized records and files for the foundation
Manage the organisation’s social media accounts with engaging content
Design basic graphics for social media posts using tools like Canva or similar
Provide administrative support to management as needed
Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders
Occasionally represents the foundation for tasks within Karachi

What We’re Looking For:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time and tasks independently
Basic graphic design skills (no professional experience needed—just creativity and comfort with tools)
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
A proactive and trustworthy team player
Previous experience in admin or communication roles is a plus
