Responsibilities

  • Utilize competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate potential employees and match them to open positions.
  • Conduct job analysis to create and update job specifications and job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and qualifications required.
  • Organize and coordinate pre-employment tests for candidates nationwide to assess their skills and fit for the organization.
  • Handle the HR career email to manage inquiries and applications efficiently, providing timely responses to candidates.
  • Maintain system compliance with respect to the quality of data in the ERP and HR records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Assist the Line Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
  • Identify areas for system improvement or development within HR functions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform market research and risk-based analysis to support talent acquisition strategies and decision-making.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment by collaborating with colleagues across functions to achieve HR objectives.
