Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee and optimize the production processes of our business. You will play a key role in ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality output while managing a dynamic team and maintaining strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and minimize downtime.
Manage, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and morale.
Monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with the procurement team to avoid shortages.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely solutions to prevent delays.
Analyze production metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience (3+ years) in production management, preferably in [industry-specific] manufacturing or food production.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to dynamic production demands.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
Familiarity with inventory management and production planning software.
