- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account
- Follow-up salesman visits from the previous day.
- Month-end reports with sales forecast.
- Weekly assessment of individual salesmen's effectiveness in the market.
- Good hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 2 years experience on same or similar post.
