We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Officer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing property sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals
Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide complete property details
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure successful deal closures
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized services
Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and lead pipelines
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop effective sales strategies
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and property values
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong command of written and spoken English and Urdu
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Own conveyance is a plus
