Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effective solutions and high quality.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify material needs and forecast requirements.
Review procurement requisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiate favorable terms for contracts and pricing.
Manage purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and ensure inventory levels meet project demands.
Oversee timely GRN bookings, invoice payments, and monthly closing processes with the Finance team
Manage vendor development and contract management for all projects
Forecast material requirements, perform cost analysis, and track quality and delivery as per project timelines
Develop and maintain a strong vendor base for essential construction materials like stones, tiles, precast items, and more.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Engineers, Quality Teams, Accounts, and Storekeepers, to meet project needs
Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering technical expertise and a results-driven approach

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably a Master’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field).
3-5 years of relevant procurement experience, with leadership roles in real estate, construction, or infrastructure industries.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, logistics, supplier management, and negotiation skills.
