Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
- Develop and write engaging, high-quality, and informative content for various platforms, including website articles, news releases, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Craft compelling narratives that align with the organization's voice, brand guidelines, and strategic objectives.
- Research, fact-check, and verify information to ensure the accuracy and credibility of all content.
Editing and Proofreading:
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
- Review and optimize existing content for improved readability and impact.
Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the Publication & Media Cell team to brainstorm content ideas and develop content strategies that support organizational goals.
- Assist in creating and managing content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all content.
- Understand target audiences and tailor content to resonate with their interests and needs.
SEO Optimization (if applicable):
- Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices in content creation to improve online visibility (e.g., keyword integration, meta descriptions).
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Liaise with various departments, faculty, staff, and students to gather information and stories for content development.
- Ensure all content accurately reflects the activities and achievements of the organization.
Media Support:
- Assist with the preparation of scripts for video content, podcasts, or other multimedia projects.
- Support the media team with written components for campaigns and press releases.
