Qualification and Experience:

ACCA / CA (Final) / ACMA / MBA (Finance & Audit) / M.Com

Experience:

A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in auditing, accounting, or financial management.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within internal audit or a similar function.
Experience in a higher education institution or public sector organization is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

Comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and auditing software.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
