Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Oversee the implementation of community health programs, ensuring adherence to program objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with community stakeholders, including local government officials, community leaders, and NGOs.
- Monitor program progress, collect data, and prepare regular reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Identify and address program challenges and implement necessary adjustments.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor a team of community health workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Delegate tasks effectively, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of objectives.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the team.
- Community Outreach:
- Conduct community outreach activities, including health education campaigns, awareness programs, and community mobilization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Identify community needs and priorities related to health and well-being.
- Data Management:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to program activities and health outcomes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities and client information.
- Resource Management:
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Identify and secure funding opportunities for community health programs.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure timely delivery of program supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Health, Community Health, or a related field.
- At least 05 years of experience in community health program management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
- Experience in community mobilization and outreach.
- Knowledge of relevant health and social issues in the community.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in working with diverse communities.
- Proficiency in local languages.
- Experience in proposal writing and grant applications.
- Knowledge of health information systems and data management software.
