Responsibilities:
Provide expert styling advice and personalized consultations to clients
Assist brides in selecting their perfect gown and coordinating accessories
Manage bridal appointments and fittings with professionalism and warmth
Maintain showroom standards and merchandise presentation
Collaborate with the design, tailoring, or production team as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in the bridal or formalwear fashion industry (2+ years preferred)
Strong sense of style and up-to-date knowledge of bridal fashion trends
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for helping clients feel beautiful and confident
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, emotional, and celebratory environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with alterations or garment construction
Background in luxury fashion or boutique retail
Familiarity with CRM systems or appointment scheduling software
