We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Executive who can bring in international clients and generate bulk apparel orders (e.g., t-shirts, polos, etc.). This role is commission-only to start, with the potential to transition into a full-time salaried position based on performance.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in garments, textiles, or manufacturing.
Proven track record in closing B2B sales deals (especially international clients).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Skilled in email marketing, cold emailing, and LinkedIn-based prospecting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Own network or ability to build a relevant sales network is a plus.
Compensation:
Commission-based structure (discussed in interview based on deal size and scope).
Potential to move into a full-time salaried role for high performers.
Bonus incentives on large deals or recurring orders.
