Serve as the primary support for all employee and compliance-related issues.

Liaise effectively with government bodies such as the Environment, the Labour Department, and other relevant authorities.

Represent the company in legal proceedings for employee-related disputes, including handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Issue legal notices for employee-related recoveries and maintain accurate records of legal actions.

Provide legal guidance and regulatory support across departments, addressing compliance inquiries, specifically HR matters.

Monitor and stay informed about changes to labor laws and regulations, proactively updating management on any significant developments.
