• Draft, distribute, and maintain office memos and internal communications
  • Maintain attendance records both manually and digitally, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly attendance and visitor reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience

 Support the Human Resources department by assisting with onboarding tasks and preparing new employee welcome protocol.
