We are looking for a male or female Office Assistant for our courier company. The candidate will be responsible for handling client bookings, managing Excel sheets, using MS Word, and communicating with customers. Since we work with international clients, the candidate must have good English communication skills and the ability to generate new leads via phone calls and emails.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking and managing courier shipments
  • Handling customer queries via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintaining records in Excel and preparing documents in MS Word
  • Communicating with international clients professionally
  • Finding and contacting new potential clients via calls and emails
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations in the office
