Team Lead - Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead for the Sales team. The SDR Team Lead will oversee, mentor, and guide a group of SDRs, ensuring the team meets or exceeds their lead generation and qualification goals. This individual will also contribute to strategy development, handle escalations, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.

Skills:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, including 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes, B2B sales, and lead generation strategies.
Coaching & Mentorship:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to inspire and drive performance through clear and effective communication.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize team effectiveness.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SaaS sales or other B2B tech industries.
Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead nurturing strategies.
