- Assist in financial data entry, reconciliation, and record-keeping.
- Support in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct data analysis to identify financial trends and variances.
- Help with invoice processing, accounts payable, and receivable tracking.
- Assist in tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Research and analyze market trends, costs, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain financial documents and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Support senior finance professionals in ad hoc financial projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (last semester or completed) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage financial data accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
