Job Responsibilitie
• Maintain complete accounting records for Pakistan office in line with Dubai HQ requirements.
• Prepare and manage daily bookkeeping, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for Dubai management.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for compliance in Pakistan.
• Ensure timely preparation of payroll, staff expenses, and vendor settlements.
• Support Dubai office by providing accurate cost analysis and financial data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional accounting experience (cargo/logistics industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks,
• Excellent MS Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills (English & Urdu).
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
