Purpose
- Administrative responsibilities of a Tyre Retread plant
Key Responsibilities
- Must have Tire plant experince and processes laws governing factories and labour.
- managing & ensuring uniterputted businesses & Safety.
- Must be computer literate and can work of word, excel, power point etc
- Build relationships and manage work Labour, and company stakeholders
- Visit to any government or other offices on company’s business as advised.
- manages the office administration including housekeeping, payment of utility bills, taxes, office rents, any bills for purchase of office provisions etc.
- Prepares a budget for the office and ensure that expenses remain within the budget.
- Keeps record of office expenses and taxes and arranges for travel arrangements
- Manages and arranges for any meetings or courses & keeps record.
- Prepares and helps in developing presentations for courses.
- Manages any office staff to ensure that office timings and decorum is maintained always.
- Ensures that plant/ office is fully secured after close of business.
- Ensures proper maintenance of office / plant machinery equipment and furniture.
- Maintains and ensuressafety of plant and office.
- Maintains files, plant inventory lists and record of the office
