Social Media Manager

Go Dekho Pakistan (GDP) is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join their team on-site in Karachi. This role focuses on managing and growing the company’s digital presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for current trends, the ability to translate the brand’s vision into engaging digital content, and a commitment to fostering meaningful community engagement. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 45,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish daily content including posts, reels, and stories on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop visually appealing graphics and compelling captions.
- Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics, preparing weekly reports to track growth and engagement.
- Manage online community interactions by responding promptly to messages and comments.
- Assist with paid advertising management and boosting strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, memes, and algorithm changes to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management, either within an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and current TikTok trends.
- Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Urdu.
- Basic experience with Canva or Adobe design tools is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
