We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Caller to engage with potential customers in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to introduce our services/products, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script and lead list
Clearly explain the value of the company's product or service offerings
Qualify prospects based on specific criteria
Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative
Log call details and outcomes accurately in the CRM system
Follow up with leads as needed to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (calls made, leads qualified, appointments set)
Requirements:
Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably for the U.S. market)
Excellent English communication skills (neutral or American accent preferred)
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure
Comfortable working U.S. business hours
Familiarity with CRM software
