Graphics Designer

Softwarefinder is seeking a talented and experienced Graphics Designer to enhance our creative team. Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 200 graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Develop and execute creative design concepts, ensuring all visuals align with branding guidelines.
Create high-quality graphics for various mediums, including web, print, social media, and marketing materials.
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver graphics that meet both creative and strategic goals.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients to refine designs and enhance overall visual impact.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in graphic design to integrate new techniques into the workflow.
