We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to maintain, enhance, and expand our existing AI-powered educational platform. This is a mission-driven opportunity to help scale a product designed to empower educators and students through cutting-edge technology.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and improve our existing Next.js + Django-based platform.
Fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure the system remains secure and scalable.
Implement user-driven features based on real-world usage and educator feedback.
Integrate third-party APIs, including OpenAI, Stripe, and others.
Optimize deployment workflows using Microsoft Azure.
Work directly with the Chief of Staff to translate vision into deliverable features.
Lead AI-driven enhancements that enrich user experience and engagement.
Document workflows and improve the overall developer experience.
Technical Stack
Front-End: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI)
Back-End: Python (Django)
Database: PostgreSQL
Deployment: Microsoft Azure
Version Control: GitHub
APIs: OpenAI
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
Proven expertise with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Django
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and API integrations
Familiarity with cloud deployment, especially on Microsoft Azure
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
Strategic and architectural thinking in scaling systems
Bonus: Experience with Stripe, OpenAI APIs, or education-related platforms
