Lead Generation Specialist

We are ooking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialists to help fuel our growth. You’ll be working directly with our sales and marketing team to find potential clients for our top-notch services including Web & App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and more.

Your primary responsibility will be to build quality lead lists through platforms like LinkedIn, business directories, and web research, and deliver verified contact information for outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B lead research using LinkedIn, Google, and company databases.
Extract and verify accurate email addresses of decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, CMOs, etc.).
Generate leads in targeted industries and regions relevant to Solu Shift's services.
Maintain and organize leads in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to align on target personas and campaign goals.
Perform regular updates and quality checks on lead databases.

Requirements:

Proven experience with email extraction tools (e.g. Hunter, Snov.io, Apollo, etc.).
Solid LinkedIn research skills (Sales Navigator is a plus).
Understanding of B2B prospecting and digital marketing funnels.
Familiarity with the services we offer (Web Dev, SEO, Marketing, Design, etc.).
Good communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet weekly lead targets.

Preferred But Not Mandatory:

Prior experience with IT agencies, SaaS, or digital service providers.
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).
Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelancing platforms for lead sourcing.
